Redeemer is a reformed evangelical church in the heart of Tauranga, meeting at 56 Second Avenue every Sunday at 10.30am. We are around 100 people: young families, older couples, and plenty in between.
Come any time from 10am for tea and coffee. Nobody will ask you to stand up and introduce yourself. Plan your visit.
What we believe
God's rescue comes by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, as revealed in Scripture alone, to the glory of God alone.
On Sundays we work through whole books of the Bible a passage at a time, so what you hear is shaped by the text rather than by whatever happens to be topical that week. Read our statement of faith.
Life beyond Sunday
Much of the life of our church happens midweek in community groups, smaller gatherings across Tauranga where people study the Bible, pray, and share life together.
We exist to see lives redeemed and our city renewed by the gospel, for the glory of God. Find a community group.
